Who are VEKA?
VEKA are the world’s largest manufacturer of UPVC used to make windows and doors and have been manufacturing in the UK since 1986. Every VEKA product is rigorously tested in the company’s own labs, with samples exposed to punishing extremes of temperature. IN was established in 1996 (formally called network Veka), back when the double glazing industry was often associated with pushy salespeople and less than perfect products.
IN ensures that homeowners are treated fairly by an organisation that strictly polices its members, in order to offer consistently high standards. Almost 150 member companies across the country are proud to display the IN logo.
Prospective members are rigorously vetted before being allowed to join IN, and this ensures that only the very best, most professional companies are admitted.
Once accepted, members are continuously audited and every customer is asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire, to highlight good practice and/or any problems to be addressed.

VEKA manufactures the UPVC. They monitor and inspect the manufacturers of the windows and doors and they oversee the customer satisfaction scores of installers thereby tracking the quality in an unbroken chain from beginning to end.
