Job – Purchasing Administrator Required – Filled

Here is your chance to join our Family run firm and help us administer the purchasing of the products we install.

The job entails the following (but you would understand it’s a family run firm so this list won’t be exhaustive)

  • Liaising with our suppliers, ordering the goods we need for on-time delivery
  • Checking suppliers delivery notes and invoices
  • Producing our delivery notes and customer invoices
  • Producing timely supplier reports

To be able to do the following it is essential that you have a good telephone manner, posses some basic IT skills and be willing to undertake any other additional duties that may be required from time to time.

Hours 8.ooam to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
