Sales Advisors – Frames Conservatories Direct

If you get in, you will be working for one of the most successful regional home improvement companies in East Anglia. The company has been established for over 13 years, it is family run and bases its foundations on delivering exceptionally high quality products that represent considerable value for money, coupled with incredible customer service. We have bold plans and are looking to expand our business in the East Anglian region.

As part of a close knit team you will develop your own routes to market bringing passion, drive and enthusiasm to the party. For our part we will train, enthuse and reward you for a job well done. The role is full time employment, salary is a minimum of £400 per week with no upper earning cap however OTE is in excess of £45,000. Hours are 40 to 45 per week and while in the main your working day is flexible there will be times when you will need to attend at set times.

What will it take to succeed in this role? A willingness to genuinely help customers choose and buy the right home improvement products, a can do will do attitude, the ability to follow a simple proven plan of work, your own transport,  a tablet or smart phone, the ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds at all levels and an honesty  to yourself and others is paramount.

  • Showroom
  • Door Canvasing
  • Data base cleansing – Telecan customer database
  • In store
  • Installation Marketing
  • Promotional activities – Posters in shops, clubs, work places
  • Shows
  • Garden centre displays
  • Other routes as developed, company encouragement and support can be counted upon!


Ideally you will have sales experience, not necessarily in the home improvement industry. We will however consider all applicants that meet the criteria above.


Terms and Conditions – Sales Advisors

Status – Employed

Hours 40 – 45 per week predominantly flexible, diary accountability to management.

Role – To advise and sell company products and services to the general public, either in home or on premises.

Self-Generating leads – Required to maintain a ratio of company supplied leads to self-generated leads ratio above 1:2 i.e. one self-generated lead to every 2 company supplied leads.

Completed sales paperwork into the office within 24 hours.

Salary derived from commission bank – min £400 per week, to be self-sustaining.
